Anna Haddad is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE. She has been a student of yoga since 2000, when she found the practice as a compliment to her taekwon-do training. Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out: at the time, she was working a demanding job in finance. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her job on Wall Street and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Pure Yoga in 2012.
Always drawn to entrepreneurship, Anna founded a grassroots athleisure company in 2014, followed by a yoga studio in Montauk in 2017. Now, her vision for ONEYOGAHOUSE with locations in Brooklyn and Montauk, is to create a business rooted in community, creativity, and connectivity, and to leave a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about giving back: she loves connecting with students, community-based organizations, charities, and female-owned businesses. She aims to make yoga accessible and a lifelong practice for everyone in the ONEYOGAHOUSE community.
Anna’s Vinyasa classes are thoughtfully sequenced to gently open the body in preparation for peak postures and meditation. She teaches an alignment-focused practice that is intentional and grounding. Through her own practice she has discovered a calm, grounded, resilient, and conscious state of mind that is still and compassionate, and she is inspired to guide others to the same place in her teaching.
Anna has also completed mentorships with Woom Center and Pure Yoga, as well as a restorative yoga training at Yoga Vida. She continues to study meditation with her teacher, Yogi Charu. She leads yoga retreats all over the world, combining her love for travel with teaching movement and meditation, all while helping others realize their goals.
