Reconnect with your mind, body, and soul and join our 75-min full circle workshop starting with a grounding meditation and breath work, followed by a pilates mat flow, and closing with Sound Therapy + Meditation.
What to expect:
We start with breath work to melt away the outside world and calm the mind. Then we move our body and release stagnant energy with a mat Pilates flow. We will close the class by reconnecting to our soul with a calming sound meditation that brings you into a deep state of relaxation where your physical, mental, and emotional Self can rest and rejuvenate.
Open to all levels. Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in.
