A soothing restorative yoga practice to start your week with a balanced nervous system. This workshop is an invitation to breathe, restore and balance your energy. The intention is to reconnect with your physical, spiritual and energetic bodies.
Restorative yoga is a form of somatic healing and fascia stretching that relaxes the body and opens up the joints and connective tissue. We will practice gentle breathwork exercises as a way to reconnect to our life force, and I will offer hands on Reiki to improve energy flow in our mind, body and being. We will rest in restorative yoga stretches that will leave you feeling supported, clear and deeply connected to your most authentic self.
Restorative yoga and Reiki benefits might include: deeper sleep, improved metabolism, a more calm outlook on stressful situations, improved energy flow, a clearer mind, joint and back care and deep tissue release. Walk out with a relaxed body, a calm mind, and enhanced mood.
Both healing practices offer great insight when done together!
*We recommend wearing comfortable clothing*

Anna Haddad is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a New York-based yoga studio with locations in Brooklyn and Montauk. She has been a student of yoga since 2000, when she found the practice as a complement to her taekwon-do training. Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out: at the time, she was working a demanding job in finance. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her job on Wall Street and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Pure Yoga in 2012.
Francesca Valarezo is the founder and creator of SHAMANEK. She is a New York City based yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and a Master Shamanic Reiki Guide. Originally from Ecuador, Francesca battled severe depression and panic attacks during her formidable years. Her desire to heal led her to train in yoga therapeutics, meditation, Reiki and Shamanism. In 2010, as her life began to transform, she realized that she had a calling to guide others in their healing journeys as well.
