Becca’s journey into yoga began 14 years ago, amidst her career as a nationally competitive figure skater. What started as a physical practice to complement her athleticism blossomed into a life-changing experience.

She discovered freedom on the yoga mat, where breath, movement, and music intertwined into a dance that deepened her intuition and relationship with herself.

In 2022, Becca received her 200-hr yoga certification and since then, continues to collect wisdom from her mentors Anthony Chavez, Marissa Nash, and Halle Becker. Becca will guide you on your own path to self-discovery. With 350+ hours of teaching experience, she crafts immersive classes that safely allow you to explore your body’s unique expressions, and connect to your inner spirit in a playful, grounded way.

You’ll leave Becca’s classes feeling empowered, connected, and truly free. She hopes you’ll carry that spirit off the mat and into your life, radiating authenticity and embracing a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

Questions. Answers.

What makes a house a home?

While it’s tempting to say a list of things from fuzzy blankets to nag champa incense, at the end of the day I believe it is relationships. First, with yourself. When you treat yourself with love and acceptance, a space naturally becomes an extension of that genuine self-expression. That authenticity allows you to truly connect with others, fostering an aura of love that permeates any environment. Love will emanate, and there you have it, a home.

What about teaching inspires you?

My students! My students inspire me and truly guide me on forming my classes. I love hearing what resonated with students whether it’s the movement, music, theming, or cues.
