Questions. Answers.
Best advice you’ve ever been given?
Stay the course. There is something about perseverance that is so challenging at times but, when you’re following your dreams and honoring what is real, it’s very powerful. Perseverance and adaptability can be the difference between making your dreams come true, and not.
What about teaching yoga inspires you?
The ability to free and release trauma and past experiences from the body, and the mind.
When have you felt the most proud?
I once taught yoga to a crowd of 1,000 people. For me, it was about facing my fear of large group public speaking. When asked to do it again, I declined, so some of the fear is still there. 😉
What are you most passionate about outside of yoga?
Sound and breathwork for sure. Discovering new ways to achieve wellness is always exciting for me.
