A soothing restorative yoga practice to start your week with a balanced nervous system. This workshop is an invitation to breathe, restore and balance your energy. The intention is to reconnect with your physical, spiritual and energetic bodies.
Restorative yoga is a form of somatic healing and fascia stretching that relaxes the body and opens up the joints and connective tissue. We will practice gentle breathwork exercises as a way to reconnect to our life force, and I will offer hands on Reiki to improve energy flow in our mind, body and being. We will rest in restorative yoga stretches that will leave you feeling supported, clear and deeply connected to your most authentic self.
Restorative yoga and Reiki benefits might include: deeper sleep, improved metabolism, a more calm outlook on stressful situations, improved energy flow, a clearer mind, joint and back care and deep tissue release. Walk out with a relaxed body, a calm mind, and enhanced mood.
Both healing practices offer great insight when done together!

Mantra and meditation are amazing ways to use archetypal tools and techniques to access a personal and joyful experience. In this workshop, we will look at the roots of mantra and meditation, listen to some myths from the Indian subcontinent, break down the techniques of mantra /japa and Kirtan practice, and learn how to apply them in your daily sadhana/teaching offerings. Pilates is a system based on the principles of strength and stretch for anybody at any level in their fitness journey. Incorporating Pilates into a running routine will help runners strengthen their stabilizer muscles, decreasing the risk of injury and improving posture, mobility, flexibility, and alignment. With increased body awareness comes increased overall body longevity. This Pilates class will give runners a newfound understanding of their core (powerhouse), hip stabilizers, and feet and ankles. Join us for a 60-minute Pilates class specifically programmed for runners, followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching. This class is for all levels and anyone interested in increasing their body awareness, runner or not. Leave with a newfound understanding of your body and new tools to add to your running routine!

Spend the first 90 minutes in movement (progressing along the Revolution Motherhood method). You’ll begin by de-stressing and accessing the breath with the soft foam roller, then progress to deep core activation that leads into full body yoga and lean muscle sculpting. Integrating breath based 360-Core, yoga, fascial tissue rolling, and fine muscle repatterning, Rachel will teach you how to move from the inside-out and how to engage length with strength in all of your favorite workouts + how to build a functionally active life.
