THE STUDIOUS ONE: THE PATH TOWARDS INVERSIONS
FRANCESCA BOVE, VIALE YOGA
“Invert: because if your body can, your mind will follow.”
Learn how to go upside down by understanding the basic principles of anatomy, alignment and fluidity.
It’s time to go upside down! During this workshop, you will learn how to use simple muscle activation techniques to awaken the muscles that can help invert your practice. You will learn the mechanics of the body so that you understand the logic behind how when you organize yourself properly, the body will go upside down with less effort and more stability.
Expect to learn a few short sequences that you can practice at home and some upside down experiences. We will use the wall, blocks, and straps. All must have a willingness to jump! This workshop is open to all levels.
