Sink into the quiet power of the Capricorn New Moon with Sara. While the rush of New Year’s resolutions has passed, this workshop offers a more grounded moment to set intentions; after the dust has settled and the body can truly listen. Expect somatic movement, conscious breath, restorative poses, and guided reflection. This is a space to slow down and anchor desires with clarity, devotion, and integrity. You’ll leave feeling rooted, motivated, and aligned with what truly matters.
