Event Details

Step into the first day of the year with intention, spaciousness, and soul. Join friends and teachers Anna Haddad and Rebecca Hajek at ONEYOGAHOUSE for a very special 2-hour New Year’s Day Workshop designed to gently empty the mind of everything except pure presence.

Together, we’ll soften the noise of the past year—judgment, attachment, limiting beliefs—and create room for the clarity, creativity, and lightness that want to move through you in 2026. This immersive experience weaves dharma, mantra, pranayama, vocalization, and guided visualization, held within a restorative, intuitive flow to ease the body open and bring the mind into stillness. Expect thoughtful, nourishing hands-on support to ground your energy and free the breath.

We will close with a therapeutic sound meditation, featuring overtone-emitting instruments that gently guide the mind into subtler realms of awareness. Let the vibrations soften the edges of the nervous system, unravel old cycles, and awaken a clearer inner vision—one you can carry into the year ahead. Come as you are. Leave renewed.

This is an open-level workshop, welcoming all who wish to begin the New Year rooted, present, and aligned, in community.

Anna Haddad

Anna Haddad is a yoga + meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, sound practitioner, global retreat leader, and the Founder + CEO...
Anna Haddad is a yoga + meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, sound practitioner, global retreat leader, and the Founder + CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a New York-based yoga, Pilates, and sound meditation studio with locations in Brooklyn and pop ups in Montauk. She became a student of yoga when she found the practice as a complement to her black belt training in taekwon-do (she received her second-degree black belt in 2004). Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out: at the time, she was working a demanding job in finance. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her career on Wall Street and completed her teacher training in 2012. Always drawn to entrepreneurship, Anna co-founded a grassroots activewear company in 2014, followed by a yoga studio in Montauk in 2017. Now, her vision for ONEYOGAHOUSE (in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn) is to create a business rooted in community, creativity, and connectivity, and to leave a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about giving back: she loves connecting with students, community-based organizations, and female-owned businesses. She aims to make yoga accessible and a lifelong practice for everyone in the ONEYOGAHOUSE community. Anna has completed well over 1,500 hours of teacher trainings and mentorships in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and sound meditation facilitation, with Katonah Yoga, Lyt Yoga, Maya Yoga, Savitri Yoga Shal / Yogi Charu, Woom Center, David Shemesh, Yoga Vida, and Pure Yoga, and continues her studies and trainings in functional anatomy and meditation. She is a lululemon and Sakara Life Ambassador. Anna’s yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced with intention setting, breath work, joint mobility, lymph work, and anatomy-based teachings to gently open the body in preparation for meditation. She teaches an alignment-focused practice that is intentional and grounding. With over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor and business owner, she has discovered a calm, resilient, and conscious state of mind that is still and compassionate, and she is inspired to guide others to reach higher inner states of joy, peace, and consciousness. A lifelong athlete, she has trained for and completed multiple marathons and triathlons, and numerous half marathons. She took up surfing as a hobby and has surfed the waves of Costa Rica, Hawaii, El Salvador, Nicaragua, California, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and Montauk. Anna leads yoga retreats and workshops around the world, combining her love for travel with teaching movement and meditation. She teaches a wide range of corporate and wellness retreats and private group sessions. Follow her @‌annahaddadyoga and @‌oneyogahouse.
