OYH x Sacred Skincare: Facial Yoga Workshop

ONEYOGAHOUSE partners with NYC based holistic med-spa Sacred Skincare, and Beauty Shamans founder Shelly Marshall, to bring you a transformative experience for those looking to embrace their natural beauty. In this 75-minute workshop, Shelly will guide attendees through foundational face yoga poses that help naturally lift and tone the face. Just like yoga for the body, this workshop will help you learn how to relax muscles that are overworked and strengthen muscles that don’t get enough exercise. The movements learned can be used at any time throughout the rest of your life! This workshop will include breathwork and sound meditation elements, concluding with time for connection and a Q & A session with Shelly.
