Event Details

OYH is so excited to partner with Welda Club on the last Tuesday of each month for a 30 minute community run, followed by 45min Yoga for Runners Mobility Flow!

Start your Tuesday mornings with a community run led by Kat Duarte and Welda Club. Drop your bags and water bottles at OYH by 6:45am before hitting the pavement at 6:50. Expect a light warm-up followed by a running/jogging circuit in the neighborhood and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Sign up for our 7:30am Express Yoga for Runners class to follow: a 45-minute yoga and mobility flow designed with a runner’s body in mind. This class is the perfect companion to your long runs and speed work. We’ll strengthen the stabilizers of your core, hips, and spine while tending to the soft tissues of the hamstrings, calves, and ankles—keeping your legs limber, responsive, and injury-resistant as mileage climbs. Expect intentional mobility work, connective-tissue nourishment, and breath practices to sharpen focus and improve efficiency. Whether you’re deep in a training block or just looking to bring more balance into your movement, this class meets you where you are.

Purchase a $15 Express Yoga for Runners Credit to reserve your space!

Anna Haddad is a yoga + meditation teacher, Pilates instructor, sound practitioner, global retreat leader, and the Founder + CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a New York-based yoga, Pilates, and sound meditation studio with locations in Brooklyn and pop ups in Montauk. She became a student of yoga when she found the practice as a complement to her black belt training in taekwon-do (she received her second-degree black belt in 2004). Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out: at the time, she was working a demanding job in finance. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her career on Wall Street and completed her teacher training in 2012. Always drawn to entrepreneurship, Anna co-founded a grassroots activewear company in 2014, followed by a yoga studio in Montauk in 2017. Now, her vision for ONEYOGAHOUSE (in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn) is to create a business rooted in community, creativity, and connectivity, and to leave a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about giving back: she loves connecting with students, community-based organizations, and female-owned businesses. She aims to make yoga accessible and a lifelong practice for everyone in the ONEYOGAHOUSE community. Anna has completed well over 1,500 hours of teacher trainings and mentorships in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and sound meditation facilitation, with Katonah Yoga, Lyt Yoga, Maya Yoga, Savitri Yoga Shal / Yogi Charu, Woom Center, David Shemesh, Yoga Vida, and Pure Yoga, and continues her studies and trainings in functional anatomy and meditation. She is a lululemon and Sakara Life Ambassador. Anna’s yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced with intention setting, breath work, joint mobility, lymph work, and anatomy-based teachings to gently open the body in preparation for meditation. She teaches an alignment-focused practice that is intentional and grounding. With over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor and business owner, she has discovered a calm, resilient, and conscious state of mind that is still and compassionate, and she is inspired to guide others to reach higher inner states of joy, peace, and consciousness. A lifelong athlete, she has trained for and completed multiple marathons and triathlons, and numerous half marathons. She took up surfing as a hobby and has surfed the waves of Costa Rica, Hawaii, El Salvador, Nicaragua, California, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and Montauk. Anna leads yoga retreats and workshops around the world, combining her love for travel with teaching movement and meditation. She teaches a wide range of corporate and wellness retreats and private group sessions. Follow her @‌annahaddadyoga and @‌oneyogahouse.

Welda began with a simple belief: people are craving something deeper. In a world that moves faster every day, genuine connection has become increasingly rare. We created Welda Club to bring people back to themselves and back to each other through thoughtfully curated experiences rooted in movement, conversation, adventure, and community. What started as a single idea between friends has grown into a community spanning cities, coastlines, and now destinations around the world. Today, Welda Club is evolving beyond events. Our focus is creating transformative retreats and immersive experiences that allow people to step away from their routines, reconnect with what matters, and build meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals along the way. Whether it's a weekend gathering in Miami, a rooftop experience in New York, or a retreat in a faraway destination, every experience is designed with the same intention: To create space for presence. To encourage growth. To cultivate connection. Because wellness isn't just about how you move, eat, or meditate. It's about how you live, who you surround yourself with, and the moments that make you feel fully alive. We create intentional escapes in places that move us. From city rooftops to retreat destinations, Welda brings together movement, wellness, thoughtful conversation, and beautifully curated experiences designed to help you reset, reconnect, and feel part of something deeper.
