The Art Of Sequencing Workshop

Join Francesca Bove to refine how to design and teach a well-rounded and memorable yoga class following ONEYOGAHOUSE’s House Style. You’ll co-create, practice, and teach using impactful breath, alignment, anatomical, auditory, visual cues, effective use of props, and mindful hands on assists to elevate your teaching. The workshop is suitable for both yoga teachers who have already completed a yoga teacher training program and yoga practitioners who simply want to learn more about the art of sequencing and/or may be interested in entering into yoga instruction.

If you’d like to learn more from Francesca, she will be a lead teacher during ONEYOGAHOUSE’s upcoming 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. This workshop will be followed by an informal Q+A session for anyone interested in training with us!
