The Still ONE: Sound Meditation

Francesca Valarezo is the founder and creator of SHAMANEK, an NYC sound, yoga and holistic healing community founded on the belief that all beings have the ability to co-create their well being. She is a yoga, breathwork, sound facilitator and shamanic journey guide with over 12 years of experience teaching and guiding group and private practices. Originally from Ecuador, Francesca's desire to heal led her to train in yoga therapeutics, Katonah yoga, breathwork, Reiki, shamanism, and recently complete her 100-hour sound meditation training. She is a natural seeker and wants to share her experience with you. Francesca specializes in a holistic approach, incorporating her life experience and her in-depth training across all yogic and healing principles to create an environment for transformation.
