The Studious ONE: Master Class with Francesca Bove

Born and raised in the heart of Rome, surrounded by art, architecture, and the best cappuccino, Francesca Bove is a committed and passionate yoga teacher and alignment therapist. Her journey into yoga began after discovering a serious spinal issue during her early years in grad school in New York City. Francesca’s mission is to help others discover an easeful relationship with themselves through yoga and movement. She blends her knowledge of various modalities like, spinal manipulation, the Egoscue Technique, the Bodyfix method, Katonah Yoga, and Muscle Activation Technique to create intentionally sequenced classes. Francesca’s teaching style merges her love for movement, yoga, music, storytelling and anatomy.
