The Studious ONE: Master Class with Yogi Charu

Come join us for a very special Master Class with Yogi Charu: a student and teacher of yoga and meditation for over 30 years. He lived in the Himalayas where he learned the yogic lifestyle from Yogi Vijay. He was later initiated into Bhakti Yoga by HH Bhakti Charu Swami, and into Kriya and Yoga meditations by Anandakapila Saraswati. In this 2 hour class, students will get to explore Asanas for all levels (Beginner to Advanced), Bandhas, Mudras, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Kirtan. Stretch the body, mind, and soul as we inspire each other with these classical practices.
