The Studious ONE: Master Class with visiting teacher, Yogi Charu

Come join us for a very special Master Class to explore rare yogic and tantric practices. Yogi Charu will guide us through practices that will purify the body, mind, and heart. You will be guided through the five koshas, explore the chakras, and still the mind as we evolve together. During this two-hour Master Class, students will explore the three Sun Salutation Kriyas (Nada, Mouna, and Bandha), beginner to advanced asanas, ujjayi pranayama with kechari mudra, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and chakra meditation.
