Enliven, heal and experience the freedom of empowered, educated movement! Taught by women’s health expert, master yoga teacher, Founder + CEO of Revolution Motherhood fitness method, Rachel Welch, this 2-hour master class is a movement revolution that will demystify your female body and empower you with the education every woman needs to live a full, active, self-manifested life.
Spend the first 90 minutes in movement (progressing along the Revolution Motherhood method). You’ll begin by de-stressing and accessing the breath with the soft foam roller, then progress to deep core activation that leads into full body yoga and lean muscle sculpting. Integrating breath based 360-Core, yoga, fascial tissue rolling, and fine muscle repatterning, Rachel will teach you how to move from the inside-out and how to engage length with strength in all of your favorite workouts + how to build a functionally active life. Wrap up with 30 min for Q+A discussion.

As women, your body transitions through multiple stages from pre-puberty to pre-conception, through motherhood + postnatal into perimenopause and beyond.
