Grant always knew that he was an entrepreneur at heart, but it was not until moving to New York City four years ago that he finally realized where he truly belonged. He finished his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and completed two graduate degrees at Chatham University (Pittsburgh, PA) and New York University. His first master’s degree is in Film & Digital Technology and his second is in Digital Media Design for Learning.

He started practicing yoga in 2014, after finally working up the courage to walk inside his neighborhood yoga studio, and his life completely changed. He began to develop newfound confidence, increased physical and mental strength, and a new outlook on life.

In 2017, he completed his 200-hour teacher training certification with Yoga Vida in New York City and mentorship under the guidance of Samantha Moriarty. While he enjoyed certain aspects of teaching adults, his first love has always been teaching children, and he subsequently started Yogie Land, a live music kids’ yoga program for ages six months to eight years old.

Over the past three years, he has learned more about yoga photography and videography, which has led him to numerous yoga retreats to capture content. He is currently the Creative Director at ONEYOGAHOUSE. He is beyond excited for the opportunity to create content for OYH and looks forward to helping take this studio to new heights.
