Jen first found herself on a yoga mat in college taking a semester of Ashtanga primary. What started off as a college requirement turned into a lifelong journey of mindful movement into the Self.
The practice of yoga enriched her life so deeply that she wanted to share this freedom of being with others. The most inspirational part of teaching yoga for Jen is making a difference in someone’s day through breath and mindful movement. Helping others achieve peace of mind and peace of heart gives her yoga practice a deeper purpose.
A 350-hour certified yoga instructor, Jen Diaz will guide you on a creative, soulful journey filled with intention, heart, and fire, reminding you that movement is the best medicine and it feels good to feel good.
