Where it all started
ONEYOGAHOUSE is yoga teacher and Founder Anna Haddad's yoga studios based in Montauk and Brooklyn. It is inspired by the concept of ONENESS. Inspired by what makes a house a home. Inspired by the spiritual journey and the essence of YOGA.
Anna chose Brooklyn and Montauk for her yoga studio locations, communities where she fell in love with so many things that brought her joy, where she discovered her purpose. Her wish is to give others a beautiful space to also recognize their peak potential, and moments of peace to uncover their larger purpose, and their true nature.
The grounded moments accessed through the practice can bring about huge shifts and transformation. Her hope through ONEYOGAHOUSE is to guide others towards being more discerning about the choices they make and getting to the core of who they are and what they aspire to.
Because when we come to know and love ourselves, to know that we all matter, we start to embody a loving kindness mindset. From there we build meaningful relationships. We transcend our own needs and take care of each other. We show up for ourselves and for others, so that we can become more unified, more connected–and therefore less divided, less isolated. We are all empowered to do this, in community.

Reviews from you
From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of warmth and welcoming. The classes are challenging but fun; the sequencing is creative, and at the same time, it just makes sense and feels so right in my body. I learned a lot and appreciate the individual time and attention. I felt really happy all weekend long, like the best version of myself.
Anna [ONEYOGAHOUSE founder], is the most wonderful and caring yoga instructor. She approaches each session with genuine warmth, wisdom and happiness, and creates a safe space that is full of love and light. She gives so much personal attention and encourages me to test my limits and go deeper and deeper into my practice. Anna is always smiling and radiating love and I leave class feeling open, spiritually engaged, inspired and full of life.
The studio is fantastic --the soft colors, billowing curtains, and overall aura immediately set the right tone. All of the teachers have their own style, and I especially love the attitude and energy they each bring to the experience
...the teachers are also warm and welcoming, and regardless of your level you will walk away feeling renewed, challenged, and happy. OYH is such a beautiful and natural extension of this community.
Every teacher has a unique voice that creates a unique practice. Underlying these individual styles are some serious roots, though. Our teachers utilize source material from established lineages and traditions
