Rachel believes in a world of hope and possibility. As the Founder of Glitter + Soul, Rachel aims to empower people with tools to reveal and heal on their individual journeys. Rachel has been a student of yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2012. She started meditation at Facebook New York in 2018, which is now live-streamed globally.

For the last two decades, Rachel has turned to meditation and yoga for her own healing, creative inspiration, and wholeness within. A devoted student of Pema Chodron and Tara Brach, Rachel fell in love with teaching Meditation as a catalyst for deeper self-awareness and more kindness in the world.
After a traumatic car accident, countless surgeries, and ongoing bouts of anxiety and depression, Rachel found a safe haven in her practice and she prides herself on creating a warm, safe, and welcoming experience for students at all levels.
In addition to teaching, Rachel leads Facebook’s first-ever Social Good Brand Partnerships to empower brands to take a stand and raise awareness for causes. Rachel’s expertise elevating brands, enabling people, and building community aligns with the way she leads classes. Rachel is committed to empowering people to feel at their best and enough, just as they are.
She has designed and led workshops in the community and in corporate environments, including: The Art of Letting Go, Finding Your NorthStar, Illuminate Your Path. An emerging writer, her work has been published in Beyond Words Literary Magazine, Origin Magazine, and Las Lagunas Gallery.
