She did her training at Pure Yoga nine years ago in NYC and continues to teach there as well as at Yoga Vida, Alo Yoga and One Yoga House - Brooklyn and Montauk. She considers her biggest influences and teachers to be Yogi Charu, Ragunath Cappo, and Kausthuba Das.

Rebecca instructs ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa, meditation, yoga nidra, and yogic philosophy. In addition to teaching group and corporate classes, she teaches privates and yoga retreats around the globe.

What are you most passionate about outside of yoga?
Being a good friend. My amazing friends are the shoulders on which I stand upon so in my spare time I’m soaking up quality time with them
Go-To Grounding Yoga Pose?
A full pranam! Laying flat out on the ground with my forehead touching the earth to pacify my ego and my palms facing skyward. It is a humbling pose that reminds me that my life is in divine hands.
