OYH 50-Hour Restorative & Yin Yoga Teacher Training: The Art + Science of Stillness
Fall 2026 | October 17th - November 22nd
“Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time.” — Hermann Hesse
Welcome. This Restorative + Yin Teacher Training is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and deepen your understanding of practices rooted in stillness, presence, and conscious rest.
At ONEYOGAHOUSE, we believe that learning these quieter practices asks for a different kind of attention – one that values observation, spaciousness, and the ability to listen as much as to lead. Throughout this training, we’ll explore the philosophy, anatomy, subtle body, breath, and nervous system principles that inform Yin and Restorative Yoga, while developing the practical skills to teach them with confidence, discernment, and care.
Through experiential practice, discussion, hands-on learning, sequencing, and teaching methodology, you’ll learn how to work intelligently with fascia and connective tissue, incorporate pranayama and Pratyahara, use props and assists with intention, and create conditions that allow students to feel supported enough to soften and turn inward.
Whether you are a teacher looking to expand the depth and range of your offerings, or a dedicated practitioner drawn to a deeper understanding of rest and contemplative practice, this training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and embodied experience to integrate these teachings meaningfully into the way you teach, the way you practice, and ultimately, the way you live.
This is a hybrid in-person and virtual training
Sunday evening sessions will be taught on Google Meets, and will be recorded in the event you miss attending a virtual session. We will provide a training manual, a required list of yoga props/equipment, as well as any supplemental reading material. All students are expected to follow the curriculum’s time commitments (in person and virtual sessions) and requirements for certification as outlined below. Acceptance to the training and payment means you agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements of the training set forth below in order to receive your 50-Hour Teacher Training Certification.

YOUR Teacher: ANNA HADDAD
Anna Haddad is the founder of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a Brooklyn-based studio offering yoga, Pilates, and sound meditation, complemented by seasonal, multidisciplinary pop-ups in the Hamptons. A former Wall Street professional and second-degree black belt, Anna turned to yoga during a high-intensity chapter in finance. By 2012, she had moved into a career wholly rooted in movement, mindfulness, and community.
Her approach is grounded in functional anatomy and continuous study, blending breathwork, mobility, and somatic awareness. Classes are alignment-focused yet fluid: anchored in tradition, shaped by curiosity.
Anna teaches from experience. She’s a lifelong athlete who now moves intentionally. A founder who prioritizes integrity over scale. A teacher who builds spaces for transformation that aren’t about fixing yourself–they’re about remembering who you are.
Through ONEYOGAHOUSE, she creates experiences that meet people where they are, whether in studio, on retreat, or through collaborations with like-minded brands.
YOUR Teacher: Ahmed Soliman
Ahmed is an ERYT-200 yoga teacher whose work is rooted in intelligent alignment, nervous system regulation, and the healing power of deep rest. Drawing from a background in environmental science and years of study in vinyasa, Iyengar yoga, meditation, yin, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra, he creates practices that are both grounding and deeply supportive. His teaching is informed by his own journey through injury and recovery, bringing a compassionate, anatomy-informed approach that honors each student “as they are.” Known for cultivating spaces of quiet presence, warmth, and soulful connection, Ahmed guides students toward greater awareness, restoration, and sustainable wellbeing both on and off the mat.
YOUR Teacher: Milagros Simon
Milagros is a NYC-based yoga guide, sound facilitator, and reiki practitioner. She’s deeply grateful to have had the teachings and continual guidance of devoted teachers such as Francesca Bove, David Shemesh, Elian Zach, Alexandre Tannous, and many more who have influenced and inspired her path.
It’s Milagros’s belief that every being desires to be in a state of harmony and peace, and through the cultivation of practices like mindful movement, meditation, and breath, we allow the inner intelligence of our biodynamic systems to re-attune to our natural radiance and genius. Over the years these essential tools and practices have acted as a powerful guide or roadmap back to center. Each time imparting insight, growth, and wisdom, learning to navigate life’s ebbs and flows with ease and grace.
It is her wish to inspire, reinvigorate, and empower students with her experiences; challenging them to play and invoke their child-like curiosity in an intelligent, creative, and carefully curated space. Students will leave her experiences with the functional tools to weave and co-create in the dance of life.
