She offers balanced, vinyasa and slow flow classes that integrate restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation to foster movement, strength, and relaxation.

Sally provides options and modifications in her classes, leading to instruction that is accessible for new yogis while still challenging for those with more experience, and can be easily adapted to different bodies and health conditions.
Sally received her 200-hour training at Yoga Vida in 2019, and subsequently completed her advanced 300-hour at Pure Yoga/Prema Yoga Institute in yoga therapeutics in 2020. She has taken additional trainings in sequencing, pranayama, yin, yoga philosophy, and yoga nidra at Yoga Vida and Prema Yoga Institute, and trauma-informed trainings through Kula for Karma and Feet on the Ground. Sally received her Ph.D. in social/health psychology at UCLA, and is an expert in how stress affects physiology and health. She conducts workshops on stress reduction and the science of yoga, and her yoga classes are informed by this deep knowledge.
