Taylor has over a decade of personal yoga practice and a lifelong connection to movement through dance.

In June 2025, Taylor completed her 200-hour YTT at Prema Studio in Brooklyn, where she honed her ability to lead mindful and inclusive vinyasa classes. Her path to teaching grew from experiencing movement as a source of healing.

Taylor is passionate about guiding students to reconnect with their bodies and feel deeply supported – physically, emotionally, and energetically. Her classes blend intelligent sequencing, music, and breath to cultivate an atmosphere where joy and presence intersect

Questions. Answers.

Favorite Brooklyn Hang Out Spot?

In the warmer months, it’s definitely Fort Greene Park. Anywhere I can feel the sun hit my face and be in nature. I also love being tucked away in the corner of a newly discovered cafe sipping on a matcha latte.

What makes a house a home?

My home is a safe haven where I can be fully myself – a space to experience everything from experimenting with a new recipe to having deep, late night conversations with loved ones. It’s not about a certain aesthetic or decor; for me, home is where I can unwind, be present and truly enjoy my own company.

What are you most passionate about outside of yoga?

I am all about travel and food, especially scoping out restaurants, trying local dishes and creating memories over meals.
