Tiffany is a dedicated yoga teacher based in New York City. As a former rhythmic gymnast, Tiffany discovered yoga as a young college student after years of feeling disconnected from her body and quitting sports.

She found yoga to be a transformative practice of self study and community that helped her map her inner landscape to live a more joyful and present life. Seeking to understand the inner workings of this practice, she went on to complete her first teacher training at Sky Ting Yoga in 2019 and eventually an advanced mentorship under Francesca Valarezo.
Her teachings are vinyasa based, woven with elements of Katonah Yoga, and pranayama. She continues to study and draw inspiration from different lineages of yoga and aims to make yoga accessible for every single body. Outside of yoga, Tiffany is a passionate baker, dinner party host, traveler, playlist maker, painter, surfer (in training) and product manager at a health tech startup. Her intention is to guide others through the teachings of yoga by holding space for each individual to experience the richness of the present moment by way of connecting their body, breath, and imagination.

What about teaching yoga inspires you?
Sharing yoga as a tool to live a more joyful life and witnessing the continuous transformation individuals experience when they integrate mind, breath, and body is pure magic. I’m always in awe of the community yoga creates – it’s a practice that’s better when shared – that’s where the true discovery is, learning from each other.
