ONEYOGAHOUSE 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Winter / Spring 2027 | January - April
“The future depends on what you do today.” – Mahatma Gandhi
Welcome. This training schedule is intended to support trainees in understanding the timeline from beginning to completion of their 200-hour teacher training program with ONEYOGAHOUSE. Our mission is to deepen your joy for the practice, create an environment for learning within a supportive community, and help you truly integrate each week’s lessons within smaller groups of your cohorts/aka “buddies”, your mentors/lead teachers. This is not meant to exhaust your bodies or give you too much at a time that you feel overwhelmed; instead, we encourage you to absorb, discuss, play, integrate, and apply the teachings into your lives. Whether you aspire to start your journey as a teacher, gain greater confidence to embody your role as a teacher, or simply deepen your love for the practice, you will be immersed in a culture of fun, growth, self discovery, and abundant mindset at ONEYOGAHOUSE.
This is an in-person training (Saturdays + Sundays), with the exception of virtual sessions (eight, two-hour online meetings on Wednesday evenings). Yoga history and philosophy sessions will be taught by Anna Haddad on Google Meets, and will be recorded in the event you miss attending a virtual session. We will provide a training manual, a required reading list, as well as any supplemental reading material. All students are expected to follow the curriculum’s time commitments (in person and virtual sessions) and requirements for certification as outlined below. Acceptance to the yoga teacher training and payment means you agree to the terms, conditions, and requirements of the training set forth below in order to receive your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.

YOUR Teacher: ANNA HADDAD
Anna Haddad is the founder of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a Brooklyn-based studio offering yoga, Pilates, and sound meditation, complemented by seasonal, multidisciplinary pop-ups in the Hamptons. A former Wall Street professional and second-degree black belt, Anna turned to yoga during a high-intensity chapter in finance. By 2012, she had moved into a career wholly rooted in movement, mindfulness, and community.
A former Wall Street professional and second-degree black belt, Anna turned to yoga during a high-intensity chapter in finance. By 2012, she had moved into a career wholly rooted in movement, mindfulness, and
community.
Her approach is grounded in functional anatomy and continuous study, blending breathwork, mobility, and somatic awareness. Classes are alignment-focused yet fluid: anchored in tradition, shaped by
curiosity.
Anna teaches from experience. She’s a lifelong athlete who now moves intentionally. A founder who prioritizes integrity over scale. A teacher who builds spaces for transformation that aren’t about fixing yourself—they’re about remembering who you are.
Through ONEYOGAHOUSE, she creates experiences that meet people where they are—whether in studio, on retreat, or through collaborations with like-minded, women-led brands.
YOUR Teacher: Craig Magnano
Craig’s passion for studying different movement systems began in 2010 while on tour playing guitar in the Pulitzer Prize winning Broadway show, Next to Normal. In need of a drastic lifestyle change, Craig decided to explore the different Yoga studios of each city he went to instead of sitting around in his hotel room all day. During this time, he experienced a variety of styles before falling in love with Baptiste Style Power Yoga, and soon after Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Craig spent the next 12 years practicing Ashtanga Yoga 6 days a week, studying yoga philosophy, as well as calisthenics and some weightlifting. During the global pandemic, he began a deep dive into the Functional Range Systems, and shortly thereafter, became a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and Level 2 Kinstretch teacher. Kinstretch is a science-based movement enhancement system that develops body control, flexibility, and usable range of motion. Unlike traditional stretching, it focuses on improving joint health by strengthening the nervous system to actively control and condition the entire range of motion to reduce the risk of injury.
Craig is also a certified Functional Range Assessment Specialist and Functional Range Strength Coach. When he’s not in the gym, climbing, or riding his bike, you can find him playing guitar in the hit Broadway show Moulin Rouge.
YOUR Teacher: Francesca Bove
Born and raised in the heart of Rome, surrounded by art, architecture, and the best cappuccino, Francesca Bove is a committed and passionate yoga teacher and alignment therapist. Her journey into yoga began after discovering a serious spinal issue during her early years in grad school in New York City.
Francesca’s mission is to help others discover an easeful relationship with themselves through yoga and movement. She blends her knowledge of various modalities like, spinal manipulation, the Egoscue Technique, the Bodyfix method, Katonah Yoga, and Muscle Activation Technique to create intentionally sequenced classes. Francesca’s teaching style merges her love for movement, yoga, music, storytelling and anatomy.
YOUR Teacher: Nick Potenzieri
Nick began his yoga journey in 2001 and has been captivated by the practice and its teachings ever since. After 13 years of personal practice and several years of teaching, he discovered Iyengar Yoga in 2014. In 2019, Nick completed the Teacher Education program at the Iyengar Institute of New York, where he continues to study and apprentice with Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Matt Dreyfus. In the fall of 2023, he earned certification as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Nick appreciates the simplicity and depth of the Iyengar method and enjoys sharing these teachings with the broader yoga community.
With a focus on positive energy, creativity, and attention to detail, Nick has worked with individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. His ongoing goal is to inspire others to deepen their practice and find greater fulfillment and peace in their lives.
