Yoga Classes in DUMBO Brooklyn
Expect a dynamic, Iyengar-inspired Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional, fun, and guided by the rhythm of the breath.
We ease you into the practice, allowing time for your body to adapt to movement and the temperature of the room. No class is exactly the same because no yoga teacher is exactly the same, but our house style utilizes the breath, focuses on precise alignment, and incorporates yogic gaze (an action called drishti in Sanskrit) to create a modern yoga experience grounded in tradition. Flow with us, at a temperature that’s right for you.
You can pre-register for classes on our free mobile app or online. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to the studio so you can sign in and get settled into the space. All classes start on time, and for peak classes, you must be checked in no later than five minutes prior to class start, otherwise your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist. You may cancel any class reservation online up to two hours before the start of the class at no charge. We don’t accept cancellations over phone or email.

The Still ONE: Sound Meditation + Breathwork
Brooklyn. 90 min.
Sound has been used for its therapeutic qualities for centuries. Participants will be guided through an experience of pranayama, vocalization, and visualization to prepare for deep listening. You will be encouraged to find a comfortable position, and with eyes closed, take in the sounds emitted from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, varying chimes and bells, drums, etc. These instruments, intentionally sequenced, create a safe space for participants to enter a meditative state to down-regulate the nervous system and create a sense of ease and clarity.
