CORPORATE YOGA IMMERSIONS

Anna Haddad, Founder and CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a modern yoga studio located in the heart of Dumbo, Brooklyn with Pop Ups in Montauk, has created yoga and meditation sessions and programming for corporate clients including Google, TD Bank, JPMorgan, Syntellis, Meta, Athleta, Hunter PR, Exposure, Arizona Beverage Company, and non-profits like Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, Edible Schoolyards NYC, and soon this fall, Green-Wood, a National Historic Landmark in Brooklyn.

She works directly with your Head of Programming, Human Resources, in-house Wellness Teams, and Women’s Networking Groups to bring intentional movement, meditation, and anatomy-based teachings to your hard-working teams. Choose from either in-person or virtual yoga immersions to complement your upcoming corporate offsite experience. During this unprecedented time when there is so much uncertainty over the future and the impact on our professional and personal lives, our goal is to provide a little calm, stillness, reflection, and present-moment consciousness to embolden participants to be at their best.

We were so lucky to have Anna teaching our corporate yoga sessions at Meta. Her warm, welcoming approach and inclusive options made the class accessible to all, with the option to challenge ourselves if we felt the desire to explore more complex versions of poses or movements. I wholeheartedly reccommend Anna for your corporate events, whether you're looking for an in-person or virtual teacher!

I hired Anna as a virtual yoga instructor for our corporate financial client conference that we hosted online in 2021 and 2022. The entire process was seamless. From our first consultation call to the finished product, I felt confident that she and her team would deliver a thoughtful and elevated program - and they did! She listens to your objectives, understands and considers your audience (skill level, music, décor, ambience), uses high quality AV to ensure flawless execution, and will deliver a professional and polished final product every time. Anna is an expert in her craft and I would highly recommend her for any of your corporate needs.

Anna is an incredible instructor. I am one of many students she teaches when she comes to our office once a week, and even though the group is constantly changing, Anna brings continuity and growth to every lesson. She has developed relationships with many of the students, learning each’s strengths and weaknesses and accommodating all levels in her sequences. I have gotten much stronger working with her just once a week thanks to her hands-on assists and adjustments, and extremely clear verbal guidance for getting in and out of more difficult poses. She always pushes me to step slightly out of my comfort zone and I wouldn’t feel safe doing so with anyone but her.

    Karen A., Meta

We worked with Anna on two yoga retreats for TD Securities over the course of 4 months. Anna managed to create two absolutely different, but both amazing products, specifically for our business. She was very flexible in terms of delivery methods, and helped us not only to execute this initiative, but also to create it from scratch. We got only positive reviews about Anna's teaching as well, as she was able to create some great connections with regulars and was always there to answer any questions our employees had. Overall, this was a dream partnership and we are happy we had a chance to work with Anna!

    Frequently Asked Questions

What does a typical session look like?

A typical corporate session is a 60-minute vinyasa class infused with breath-work, joint work, and mobility exercises to gain optimal movement patterns and prepare the body for the yoga sequence, then closing with meditation. All sessions can be customized, with optional modifications to best meet the needs and levels of the group.

What options can we explore for a corporate yoga session?

We can weave various themes into shorter work-break sessions or longer workshops, and choose from a wide range of class types, including power vinyasa, yin/restorative, meditation, sound journey, slow flow, reiki, sculpt, yoga nidra, chair yoga, or combination thereof.

Where can the classes be held?

    There are several options:

In Person, at ONEYOGAHOUSE. You bring your staff to our physical space for in-person classes at ONEYOGAHOUSE – all props including yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and towels are provided.

In Person, at your office. We come to you at your office in Brooklyn or NYC. We would require your staff to have their own yoga mats and recommended props. We can help purchase mats and props at a discount for purchase to keep at your office.

Virtually, through an online platform. Invite your staff with a sign-in link to participate virtually. We connect 10 min prior to class to make sure sound and video quality works, then class begins.

Off-site location. Organizing a wellness retreat, conference, or corporate outing? We help to make arrangements with the offsite property and create a program and theme to help your teams boost productivity, improve focus and concentration, and increase energy and engagement in the workplace and beyond.

Do you have to be an experienced student of yoga?

Not at all! We encourage students of all capabilities, ages, and bodies to participate. We can provide modifications to serve those who may have injuries or sensitivities.

    YOUR HOST: ANNA HADDAD

Anna Haddad is a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and the Founder and CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a New York-based yoga studio with locations in Brooklyn and Pop Ups in Montauk. She has been a student of yoga since 2000, when she found the practice as a complement to her taekwon-do 2nd-degree black belt training. Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out: at the time, she was working a demanding job in finance. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her job on Wall Street and completed her 200-hour teacher training at Pure Yoga in 2012.

Always drawn to entrepreneurship, Anna co-founded a grassroots activewear company in 2014, followed by a yoga studio in Montauk in 2017. Now, her vision for ONEYOGAHOUSE (in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn) is to create a business rooted in community, creativity, and connectivity, and to leave a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives. She is passionate about giving back: she loves connecting with students, community-based organizations, and female-owned businesses. She aims to make yoga accessible and a lifelong practice for everyone in the ONEYOGAHOUSE community.

Anna has completed over 1,000 hours of teacher trainings and mentorships in functional anatomy, restorative yoga, and meditation with Lyt Yoga, Woom Center, Yoga Vida, Maya Yoga, Pure Yoga, and her teacher since the beginning, Yogi Charu.

Anna’s anatomy-based vinyasa classes are thoughtfully sequenced to gently open the body in preparation for peak postures and meditation. She teaches an alignment-focused practice that is intentional and grounding. Through her own practice she has discovered a calm, resilient, and conscious state of mind that is still and compassionate, and she is inspired to guide others to the same place in her teaching. Anna leads yoga retreats around the world, combining her love for travel with teaching movement and meditation, all while helping others realize their goals. She also teaches corporate yoga, private, and group sessions.
