Yoga Classes in Dumbo, Brooklyn
Expect a dynamic, Iyengar-inspired Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional, fun, and guided by the rhythm of the breath.
We ease you into the practice, allowing time for your body to adapt to movement and the temperature of the room. No class is exactly the same because no yoga teacher is exactly the same, but our house style utilizes the breath, focuses on precise alignment, and incorporates yogic gaze (an action called drishti in Sanskrit) to create a modern yoga experience grounded in tradition. Flow with us, at a temperature that’s right for you.

The Still ONE: Sound Meditation + Breathwork
Brooklyn. 90 min.
Sound has been used for its therapeutic qualities for centuries. Participants will be guided through an experience of pranayama, vibration, and light movement to get comfortable and prepare for deep listening. You will be encouraged to find a comfortable position, and with eyes closed, take in the sounds emitted from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, varying chimes and bells, drums, etc. These instruments, intentionally sequenced, create a safe space for participants to enter a meditative state to down-regulate the nervous system and create a sense of ease and clarity.

The Internal ONE
Brooklyn. 75 min.
Room Temperature : Open level (modifications for all skill levels)
We take the focus from the organization of movement in the external environment (i.e. yoga poses, sports, any movement) and place the focus on the determinants of movement (ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue). Building internal strength allows for the absorption of force (injury mitigation) and the production of force. Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an injury, or a high level athlete, you’ll find great benefits from this work. The emphasis is on articular independence (moving one bone relative to the other), rather than interdependence. Each week you’ll learn about your current range of motion (self-assessment), expand range of motion (improved biology), and learn to control said ranges of motion through new neurological connections.
