Every teacher has a unique voice that creates a unique practice. Underlying these individual styles are some serious roots, though. Our teachers utilize source material from established lineages and traditions, and are guided by one set of shared principles:
We are committed to sharing inspiration. We are devoted to our practices and our students. We share a passion for the asana practice and the underlying philosophical components of yoga. We believe in trading insights so that together we can uncover our larger purpose and true nature. We always work to stay grounded in the present moment. Through asana, meditation, philosophy, pranayama, reflection, study, and practice, we clear blockages, open internal channels, and experience transformation.
