Livia found yoga during a demanding, fast-moving season of her life, when she needed somewhere to rest a busy mind and reconnect with her body.

What started as a physical practice became something far more therapeutic, a way back into herself. That relationship deepened over years of consistent practice and led her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at ONEYOGAHOUSE, where she continues to practice.
Her classes are breath-led Vinyasa, sequenced with intention and cued from the inside out. She guides students to build strength and energy in the body alongside a calm, regulated nervous system – the same balance the practice first gave her.
Questions. Answers.
What makes a house a home?
Love and intention. Once you fill a space with love and put real intention into how you live in it, how you move through it, the energy you keep inside it, any place starts to feel like home.

What are you most passionate about outside of yoga?
Connection and creativity, mostly. I’m always making time for friends and family, planning the next trip to somewhere sunny, and feeding the people around me. I’m at my happiest with a beach to lie on or a creative project to pour myself into.
What about teaching inspires you?
The ability to stay present, and to teach presence. It’s one of the most valuable things we can offer, and it’s what first pulled me out of my own head and into what I was actually feeling. Helping someone find that, even for one breath, is the part I look forward to most.
Go to grounding pose?
Pigeon. After a strong flow, it’s where I let everything go. Something about folding in and surrendering, feeling the body finally release, resets me completely. When I need to drop into a different headspace, that’s the shape I reach for.
