We endeavor to take every precaution and be vigilant about the safety of our staff and guests by adopting and exceeding Federal, State, and industry safety, cleaning & disinfecting, and screening guidelines. Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early to complete the health screening. Prior to entry, all participants will be prescreened attesting to their health status by signing a COVID-19 Informed Consent and Waiver form (we will require in-studio participants to attest that they are not experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 including fever or chills, shortness of breath, fatigue or diarrhea, dry cough, congestion or runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, nausea or vomiting). Temperatures will be checked by staff with an infrared no-touch forehead thermometer to gain entry for in-studio classes.
Please enter the Montauk studio through the back entry by the parking lot. This is to avoid contact with customers lining up at the surrounding businesses next door.
Remove your shoes upon entering the studio and leave food and glass bottles behind. Cell phones must be silenced or turned off.
Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and they must be placed on the marked areas spaced 6 ft apart so that students have their designated spaces to practice. You can purchase ($120) or rent mats from us ($2). Mat storage is available in studio – please inquire about monthly, 6-months, and yearly fees.
Students and teachers must wear face masks and stay on their mats at all times. Bandanas and buffs are not acceptable face coverings for class.
During all in-studio classes, we will have multiple UV air purification fans and bathroom fans running at all times, a UV hand sanitizing station, disinfectants and hand wipes for use upon entering and exiting the studio, soap and water in bathroom. The studio will be sanitized after each session and as needed following our daily cleaning log to adhere to the hygiene and sanitation requirements from the CDC and DOH. Classes will be scheduled to allow for sufficient time for cleaning and disinfection in between sessions.
Students must pre-register for classes as maximum class occupancy is capped to operate at 33% capacity. You must register for all in-studio and outdoor classes online through Mindbody or on our website, ONEYOGAHOUSE.COM/MONTAUK-SCHEDULE, or ONEYOGAHOUSE.COM/BROOKLYN-SCHEDULE (sign up available up to 7 days in advance).
CLASS CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
You may early cancel any class reservation online up to 1 hour before the start of the class at no charge. Please use your account on Mindbody or on our website to schedule and cancel classes. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.
Even when a class is full, add yourself to the wait list. Upon a cancellation by another student, the first name on the wait list gets automatically added to the class and you will receive an email notification showing you are off the wait list. You will then become responsible for attending or canceling as per above.
LATE ENTRY & EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES
All classes will start on time and at the discretion of the teacher on duty – no late entry allowed. They have the best interests and safety of the entire group in mind. If you need to leave class early, please tell the teacher before class begins. Roll up your mat and exit quietly before Savasana (the last 5 minutes when everyone is lying on their backs).
All class purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All packages and classes are activated on the date of first use (not the date of purchase). Classes and packages are able to be shared between family members and between locations.
You can register for all workshops online. You may cancel any workshop reservation online up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop to receive account credit. Please use our online registration system to schedule and cancel workshops. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. All workshop purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
CHANGES IN SCHEDULE
Class schedules will be posted and updated weekly on our website and on Mindbody. In case of class cancellations due to inclement weather for outdoor classes, ONEYOGAHOUSE will notify students on text or email of the change at least one hour prior to cancellation. Class will be credited back to your account unless a refund is requested.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON RETAIL
Returns or exchanges of merchandise are honored in their original condition within 14 days of the original purchase date. Valid only on unworn, unused, unwashed merchandise with their hang tags attached, in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other retailers. If you have a return, but it is purchased from a retailer outside of the studio, please return the items directly to the retailer. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. One Yoga House reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges and may update this policy at any time without notice.
LOST & FOUND
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure your personal items are secured and leave any valuables at home.
