PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-register for ONEYOGAHOUSE classes on our mobile App (free on the App Store for iPhone users and on Google Play for Android users) or online at https://oneyogahouse.com. You may cancel any class reservation online up to two (2) hours before the start of the class or a workshop/event up to three (3) hours prior at no charge. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. If you are not checked in at least five (5) minutes prior to the start of class, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist.
Studio Etiquette
Remove your shoes prior to entering the studio and leave food, beverages, cell phones, and personal belongings in the locker rooms. You may bring water into the studio in a covered water bottle. You may bring your own yoga mats to class or borrow our mats at no extra charge. Please spray used mats with disinfectant provided, wipe clean, and roll them up and stow away in the mat cubbies inside the studio prior to exiting. ONEYOGAHOUSE has a zero tolerance policy on discrimination or disrespect towards our staff and any students in our community.
CLASS CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
If you do not cancel within the cancellation window, you will lose the class value and it will be deducted from your account. For 2-Week Unlimited + Monthly Unlimited members, late cancellation or a no-show will result in a $20 charge to your account. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.
WAIT LIST
Even when a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. Upon a cancellation by another student within the 2-hour window, the first name on the waitlist gets automatically added to the class and you will receive an email notification showing you are off the waitlist.
LATE ENTRY & EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES
All classes will start on time and at the discretion of the teacher on duty. The staff at OYH have the best interests and safety of the entire group in mind. If you need to leave class early, please tell the teacher before class begins. Exit quietly before Savasana (the last 5 minutes when everyone is lying on their backs).
CLASS PURCHASES
All class purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All packages and classes are activated on the date of purchase. Expiration dates apply to all class packages, no exceptions. 5-Class and 10-Class Packages are able to be shared between immediate family members who live in your household.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON RETAIL
Returns or exchanges of merchandise are honored in their original condition within 14 days of the original purchase date. Valid only on unworn, unused, unwashed merchandise with their hang tags attached, in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other retailers. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. ONEYOGAHOUSE reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and exchanges and may update this policy at any time without notice.
LOST & FOUND
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure your personal items are secured and leave any valuables at home.
