The Embodied ONE
This playlist is dedicated to every person embracing the wholeness of who they are. The person freeing themself from filters and masks. The one who is done with fixing and chasing— the Embodied one. From slow body listening to full body shaking, this playlist will take you on a deep journey to discover your Freedom Path.

Shades of Success
Think of this playlist like a bell curve. The music starts off deep, slow & introspective, mirroring the pace of my classes. As we move through the playlist, the songs become more vibrant and playful, inviting bolder movement. The music then guides the class back towards grounding with unique but intimate melodies.

OYH: Sounds of Strength
This dynamic yoga playlist uses strong, steady beats to keep the energy going the entire class while following the natural energy of movement. Ease in and then get ready to WORK before a mellow cooldown. This wide variety of motivating, upbeat, and fun tracks will help you move and make the hard work a little lighter!

Ground to Flow
This dynamic playlist ebbs and flows with you over the course of your practice. Beginning with steady, eastern beats, it compliments breath and invites stability to your practice before unfolding into a mix of caribbean, urban, and indie songs that mirrors the harmony we can find in varied movement and flow.

OYH: Elimination Round
This playlist is dynamic and beat driven. It starts with a slow build to warm you up and get you moving, and then quickly transitions into more fun, upbeat tracks to help you push the body a little harder. The changes in beat and genre will help motivate the body and then help to ease you into an active recovery.

September / October 2022
Stephanie Schwartz created this sultry, folky vibe to this month’s playlist to inspire meditative movement during her flow-centric classes. She teaches a weekly hot yoga class at 5pm on Mondays to prepare you for the week ahead. Stay tuned for her Backbends Master Class Workshop in December!

Saturday Morning Vinyasa
ONEYOGAHOUSE Founder Anna Haddad created this playlist to go with her empowering 75-min Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow sequence. How can we use the practice towards self-support, towards cultivating our internal goals? We explore in class various breathwork, discern optimal movement patterns, and tap into our intuition - to investigate the relationship we keep with ourselves.

Hause of the Monkey Mind
This playlist by Zaina Budayr aligns with her theme this week about finding space and buoyancy in the least expected places, and greeting the monkey in our mind with an open invitation, instead of a closed door. Check it out here on our site, or drop into her classes at ONEYOGAHOUSE - she teaches the Sculpted ONE, Fiery ONE, and Aligned ONE classes every week!
