Florencia is passionate about supporting the voices of indigenous nations, wisdom keepers, and guardians of the sacred lands.

She has studied sound under her Teacher Jay Emmanuel Morales– a sound healer who has been exploring sound to harmonize the body for over 30 years.  She has also studied under Mayan elders from Guatemala and indigenous communities of the Ecuadorian Amazon.

She has been working with rebirthing (a breathing modality) since the age of 8 with the guidance of her mother and Leonard Or, so pranayama has been a part of her practice since a young age. She became a yoga instructor in 2013 at Laughing Lotus NYC, and has been traveling internationally sharing her passion for Theobroma Cacao through education and ceremony.. Florencia ‘s classes have a dynamic influence of ancient practices to find a playful sense of transformation.

She shares her passion for Theobroma Cacao through education and ceremony globally. Florencia has opened for Deepak Choprak, has facilitated ceremonies for the corporate world at Spotify, and has been a guest to teach at NYU. She is the co-Founder of Cacao Lab, a Ceremonial Cacao brand aiming to bring awareness of a regenerative world through the voice of Cacao. She is also the founder of Florecer Community, bridging modern and ancient wisdom to create a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
