Kat brings over six years of dedicated teaching experience to her yoga classes. She's 350HR-RYT certified, and has trained and developed her practice at some of New York's most esteemed studios.

Kat’s teaching style is a blend of dynamic flow and mindful movement, tailored to encourage strength and flexibility in her students. Beyond the mat, Kat is an avid runner, balancing the demands of running with the restorative nature of yoga. She has completed one Abbott Major Marathon (Chicago), and seven half marathons, and is currently training for another. She is a member of Brooklyn Heights Run Club and a sub-coach and volunteer with Girls on the Run’s NYC chapter.
Her passion for both yoga and all distance running empowers her to maintain a holistic approach to fitness and well-being, which she shares with her classes. In her classes you can expect breathwork, hip openers, and reminders that our practice looks different daily, encouraging you to meet yourself where you are.
Kat resides in Brooklyn with her partner, Graham, and their abundance of plants. She’s a great resource for where to find the best matcha latte near OYH, how to score a tennis court in Fort Greene during the summer, and which running routes are best if you’re training for a race.
