Veronica Olszowska is a Pilates instructor, health coach, sound therapist, and native Brooklynite. Her goal is to help people build easy healthy habits in order to wake up each day feeling their best. She has completed 500 hours of comprehensive training under Club Pilates.

Veronica has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and loves how it tones and stretches the muscles, creating long lean lines. She wanted to spread the feeling of satisfaction and strength she feels after each session with others which led her to pursue her certification in 2021. Her teachings combine breathwork warm-ups with flows that target specific muscles.
Veronica is a graduate of NYU, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture and Communications. She worked 10+ years in corporate retail before she realized that her passion lies in health and wellness. She became certified as a health coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and believes in a holistic health view based on the four pillars of nutrition, movement, career, and relationships. She works 1-on-1 with clients and offers personalized plans to suit their specific goals. Veronica also loves to travel, spend time in the sunshine, and explore fun art exhibits!
