Join Anna Haddad and Rachel Wanamaker for ONEYOGAHOUSE’s Annual Spring Retreat at the beautiful Solé East Resort in Montauk! For 3 nights and 4 days, deepen your practice and connect with new friends just steps from the Atlantic surf. Re-center with twice daily yoga classes ranging from dynamic Vinyasa flows in the mornings to restorative yoga and therapeutic Sound Meditations in the evenings. There will be breathwork, functional mobility, and meditation weaved into the experiences along with other modalities, including lymph work, kriyas, and vagal toning. Access beach cruisers and ride to the ocean, enjoy outdoor drinks by the fire pit, and delicious meals at the resort’s restaurant. Our local friends at our favorite Montauk restaurants and shops will host us for meals and events. You’ll receive an amazing swag bag filled to the brim, and much more!

Twice daily yoga immersions + workshops to advance your asana and meditation practices. We have reserved the use of the resort's indoor yoga studio and outdoor deck for our group’s private use. Yoga props provided, but feel free to bring your own mats and props.

Rest your head in this understated and simple luxury accommodations near shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and lounge on the St. Tropez poolside beds.

2X DAILY MEALS

    Solé East Resort is a hotel housed in a landmark American Tudor building with 60 renovated bungalow-like rooms, each one unique, and 7 garden cabana suites. A heated pool with oversized St Tropez style beds will keep you cool while your head bops to tunes being spun by the poolside DJ. Lush lawns and gardens with bamboo walkways complete the beach club feel. To indulge your gastronomic palette there is the hip yet healthy Backyard, our full service restaurant bar & poolside lounge.

    YOUR HOST: ANNA HADDAD

    Anna Haddad is a yoga + pilates instructor, sound practitioner, global retreat leader, and the Founder + CEO of ONEYOGAHOUSE, a New York-based yoga, pilates, and sound studio with locations in Brooklyn and pop ups in the Hamptons. She has been a student of yoga since 2000, when she found the practice as a complement to her black belt training in taekwon-do (she received her second degree black belt in 2004). Yoga quickly became the one thing in her life that allowed her to tune in instead of out. Led by her intuition to open her heart and awareness, she left her job on Wall Street and completed her first of many teacher trainings in 2012.

    Always drawn to entrepreneurship, Anna co-founded a grassroots activewear company in 2014, followed by a yoga studio in Montauk in 2017. Now, her vision for ONEYOGAHOUSE (in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn) is to create a business rooted in community, creativity, and connectivity, and to leave a lasting and positive impact on people’s lives.

    Anna has completed over 1,500 hours of teacher trainings and mentorships with Katonah Yoga, Lyt Yoga, Maya Yoga, Woom Center, David Shemesh, Savitri Yoga Shal with Yogi Charu, Yoga Vida, Pure Yoga, and Equinox, and continues her studies in meditation. She is a lululemon Ambassador, Sakara Life Ambassador, and Garmin Sweat Leader.

    Taking inspiration from Katonah, Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa Yoga, Anna’s yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced with intention setting, breath work, joint mobility, lymph work, and anatomy-based teachings to prepare the body for meditation. She teaches an alignment-focused practice that is intentional and grounding. 

    Through her own practice she has discovered a calm, resilient, and conscious state of mind that is still and compassionate, and she is inspired to guide others to reach higher inner states of joy, peace, and consciousness.     Rachel Marie Wanamaker is a yoga instructor, dancer, personal trainer, and overall music and movement enthusiast in New York City. Rachel has trained in professional dance her entire life, which introduced her to yoga early in her teen years. Her personal practice grew as she did, and yoga became her constant source of grounding, joy, release, and self discovery. Teaching enables her to share the magic! In addition to her 200-hour yoga training, she is further informed by her BA in dance from Point Park University and NASM personal training certification.

    Rachel’s teaching encompasses traditional yoga philosophy, while incorporating other beneficial practices including breath work, strength training, functional mobility, yin postures, fiery flows, or even a dance break depending on the class or moment. She seeks to offer her students the space to meet themselves where they are and take what they need; countering strength with softness, ease with effort. Her classes have been described as “hard but kind” and are all about moving freely, safely, and having fun while you do it! She balances alignment and exploration to get you moving in a way that feels safe, strong, and good in YOUR body. Expect a push, but with a whole lot of grace.
