ONEYOGAHOUSE

Starting this January, ONEYOGAHOUSE will launch its 200-hour yoga teacher training, an immersive four-month journey designed for those ready to explore advanced techniques, uncover the transformative mind-body connection, and potentially enter into yoga instruction. Our holistic curriculum blends asana, anatomy, mindfulness, and philosophy, preparing you to practice and lead with confidence and grounded intention.

Our mission of creating a culture of fun and abundant growth is core to everything we do. Our intention is to avoid leaving participants feeling drained and stiff after long days of seated lectures, or intimidated to fully participate throughout the training. Our program is designed to deepen your joy for the practice and foster an environment of play, open discussion, and supportive community.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Winter / Spring 2026 | January - April

Our mission is to deepen your joy for the practice, create an environment for learning within a supportive community, and help you truly integrate each weekend’s lessons within smaller groups of co-students/aka “buddies”, your mentors, and of course your lead teachers.

This is not meant to exhaust your bodies or give you too much at a time that you feel overwhelmed; instead, we encourage you to absorb, discuss, play, integrate, and apply the teachings into your lives and embody the role of a teacher. Join us as we foster a culture of fun, growth, and an abundant mindset.

Deepen your personal yoga practice

When you sign up for our teacher training, you’re committing to a transformative journey of self-exploration and personal growth. You’ll explore how alignment, balance, concentration, and breathwork come together to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Through focused workshops and expert guidance, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics behind each movement, allowing you to approach your practice with greater clarity.

As you progress through the training, you’ll notice a shift in how you engage with your practice—moving beyond simply following sequences to fully understanding and embodying the principles that guide each pose. At ONEYOGAHOUSE, we encourage our students to absorb, integrate, and apply the teachings into their lives, embodying the role of a teacher not only through knowledge, but also through joyful engagement and growth.

What you’ll learn in our YTT program

If you’ve ever considered becoming a yoga teacher, this training will equip you with the tools, education, and confidence needed to begin your teaching career. You’ll learn how to guide students through your verbal cues and body language, offer hands-on adjustments to help students explore their own alignment, and create a space where students feel supported, safe, and empowered—no matter their background or experience level.

In addition to OYH founder + CEO Anna Haddad, the program is led by two additional experienced instructors, Yogi Charu and Francesca Bove, who’ve both enriched and inspired students and teachers in over 100 YTTs and mentorships combined. They bring their diverse teaching styles and expertise to create a balanced and comprehensive experience for all participants. You’ll be guided every step of the way alongside other mentors, learning from some of the best in the field.

The program covers a wide range of topics essential to becoming a well-rounded yoga teacher, including:

Yoga Philosophy and History | Yoga Sutras | Bhagavad Gita
Introduction to Pranayama & Meditation | Respiratory System
Anatomy and Physiology | Skeletal and Muscular System
Fundamentals of Asana | Intelligent Sequencing | Hands-on Assists
Subtle Body & Nervous System | Koshas and Chakras
Teaching Methodology | Role of the Teacher | Ethics
Business of Yoga | Professional Development

Other requirements of the certification include:

  • In-studio practice (minimum of 2 classes/week for 13 weeks)
  • In-studio observation of experienced teachers (minimum of 8 classes with approved mentors)
  • Practice teaching including hands-on adjustments with co-students (1x/week)
  • Mentor meetings for personalized guidance and feedback
  • Required reading + personal practice to deepen understanding (asana, pranayama, meditation)
  • Finals (1 written exam + 1 in-person teaching)

Whether you envision teaching full-time, part-time, or simply sharing yoga with your community, this training provides the foundation to build a fulfilling career and meaningful relationships.

Explore the capabilities of your body and mind

A focus on anatomy is central to our teacher training, providing a comprehensive understanding of how the body moves, functions, and heals through yoga. You’ll engage with in-depth workshops on alignment, anatomy, and biomechanics, gaining valuable insights into injury prevention, rehabilitation, and working with diverse body types.

Throughout the training, you’ll also explore the mental layers of yoga—mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama. You’ll learn how to cultivate an attuned relationship with your mind and emotions, practicing techniques to manage stress, enhance focus, and foster inner peace. These practices will not only benefit you personally, but will also allow you to better support your future students as they navigate the challenges of daily life through their own yoga practice.

Join a community of supportive yogis

Our teacher training offers more than just education—it provides an opportunity to become part of a compassionate and dynamic community. Surround yourself with fellow yogis who share your passion for yoga and commitment to growth, both on and off the mat. Together, you’ll support one another through the challenges of the training and celebrate your collective progress.

By the end of the program, you’ll have developed friendships, mentorships, and connections that extend far beyond the training itself. You’ll also have the opportunity to stay connected to ONEYOGAHOUSE, whether through workshops, advanced trainings, or even teaching opportunities within the studio.

The first session starts at the end of January, and spaces are limited, so we encourage you to sign up soon. Take the leap, deepen your practice, and discover your full potential with ONEYOGAHOUSE.
